Most of our clients have little or no experience of managing a construction project and can be daunted by the prospect, nor do they have the time.

The process starts before a contractor is appointed. A detailed design brief is required so the selected contractors tendering can do so as accurately as possible. Each tender is thoroughly checked to ensure the design brief has been followed. The project manager will liaise with the client to make any amendments and inform the contractors. Once the final submittals are received, the project manager will assist the client in final negotiations and contractor selection.

Once the contractor has been appointed the project manager will ensure all approvals are in place. Upon commencement of the work, the project manager will attend site visits, provide reports to the client and work through any issues that arise.
