Getting started is easy. Enter the project details into the form on the home page. Within minutes, an expert will give you a quick call to cross-check all the details and confirm everything we have is correct. Then our system will find the right pre-qualified fit-out contractors that are most capable of undertaking your project.
Contractors Direct will then provide you with a tailored list of contractors, with portfolio pictures and based on your preferences, make the necessary introductions via email and WhatsApp. We only deal with the owners and management team of all our contractors so you will be connected at the top.

Absolutely, yes! But you’ll need to pass our due diligence process first. Over 70% of first-time applicants are rejected before becoming a qualified contractor on our portal. Our due diligence process is incredibly strong, as we are very serious about only keeping contractors on our listings who are reliable, qualified, and continually rolling out quality work across the UAE.
We have a stringent due diligence process that comprises 3 phases- documentation checks, client references and site inspections. Every new applicant has to go through a strict pre-screening process before entering into any contracts. We inform the applicant beforehand that they will face an interview, a thorough vetting process and continuous monitoring- all with a view to maintaining quality assurance on the platform.
Those who are happy to continue will be asked to provide a valid trade licence and insurance that meet Contractors Direct’s requirements. We then require at least five client references so that we can personally follow up and review their past work experience.
If all the aforementioned criteria are met, we will then send one of our own seasoned industry professionals to visit two projects, one completed and one live site. They will assess the workmanship and quality of the work, and ensure that health and safety standards are adhered to.
Contractors who score 90% or above in our due diligence process will be officially welcomed onto the Contractors Direct portal and gain access to thousands of qualified opportunities.
