Ushine Beauty Salon marked a significant first for Dubai’s Expo City. As the area’s inaugural ladies-only salon, this commercial fit-out was as symbolic as it was functional. The project was initiated by a first-time entrepreneur with a clear vision and a tight budget, looking to transform a raw shell-and-core space into a sleek, welcoming beauty destination.
