Contractors Direct are the regions first online experts who connect qualified contractors with those that need them. We help simplify the process of finding approved contractors in the UAE with a few easy steps.
Project Management
Contractors Direct can provide access to qualified project managers to deliver a successful completion based on the clients’ goals and objectives for the project.
Most of our clients have little or no experience of managing a construction project and can be daunted by the prospect, nor do they have the time.
The process starts before a contractor is appointed. A detailed design brief is required so the selected contractors tendering can do so as accurately as possible. Each tender is thoroughly checked to ensure the design brief has been followed. The project manager will liaise with the client to make any amendments and inform the contractors. Once the final submittals are received, the project manager will assist the client in final negotiations and contractor selection.
Once the contractor has been appointed the project manager will ensure all approvals are in place. Upon commencement of the work, the project manager will attend site visits, provide reports to the client and work through any issues that arise.
The provision of project management services through Contractors Direct allow clients to focus on their business, and what they do best. A project managers costs, or at least a significant proportion of those costs, are usually offset through the costs and time saved by having a professional manage the construction process.
It’s worth noting that investing in a project manager will not only ensure your project is delivered on time, but often the project manager will save and recover more money than they actually cost! A worthwhile investment in our books!
