1. Promotion Overview

The Contractors Direct Summer Special Offer provides qualifying clients with complimentary accommodation and storage support during their renovation project through approved partner providers.

Eligible clients will receive:

1. One standard room at a participating Rove Hotel, including breakfast
2. 20CBM storage with Easytruck removals and storage partners

The offer applies only during the active renovation period and is subject to the terms below.

2. Promotion Period

This promotion applies to qualifying projects confirmed before 1 September 2026.

The offer automatically expires on 1 September 2026, regardless of project duration, and no benefits shall apply beyond this date.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this offer, clients must:

1. Select their contractor through the Contractors Direct platform
2. Appoint Project People as project manager for the full duration of the project
3. Have a minimum renovation project value of AED 500,000
4. Maintain active project management services throughout the renovation

Failure to meet any of the above requirements will invalidate eligibility.

4. Included Benefits

The promotion includes:

1. One standard category room at a participating Rove Hotel
2. Breakfast included as per hotel standard offering
3. One standard size storage unit with Easytruck 20CBM
4. Storage for household contents during the renovation period

No monetary alternative or cash equivalent will be provided.

Unused benefits cannot be rolled over, accumulated, or transferred.

5. Accommodation Conditions

Accommodation is subject to the following:

1. Subject to hotel availability
2. One standard room only per qualifying project
3. Clients must open an account directly with the hotel
4. Clients are responsible for deposits where applicable
5. Clients are responsible for upgrades or room changes
6. Clients are responsible for additional nights beyond project eligibility
7. Clients are responsible for incidentals, damages, and extras
8. Contractors Direct does not guarantee availability

6. Storage Conditions

Storage services are subject to:

1. One standard size storage unit only
2. Clients must open an account directly with Easytruck
3. Clients are responsible for deposits where applicable
4. Clients are responsible for insurance of belongings
5. Clients are responsible for packing materials if required
6. Clients are responsible for additional units if needed
7. Clients are responsible for transport services where not included

Contractors Direct does not provide insurance for stored items.

7. Project Duration Definition

The offer applies only during the active renovation period defined as:

1. Project start date confirmed by Project People
2. Project completion confirmed at handover
3. Subject to maximum end date of 1 September 2026

Contractors Direct reserves the right to determine eligibility period in cases of delays.

8. Project Management Requirement

Project management from Project People is mandatory.

Project People provides:

1. Dedicated project manager
2. Full support team including engineers, designers, and surveyors
3. Fractionalised project management model
4. 24 hour remote access CCTV monitoring
5. Cost neutral guarantee subject to conditions

Project management fees are payable separately by the client.

9. Cost Neutral Guarantee Conditions

The cost neutral guarantee applies only where:

1. A cost versus savings breakdown is provided
2. The client follows the recommendations of the project manager
3. The project scope remains materially unchanged

Failure to follow project manager advice may void the guarantee.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

1. Opening accounts with accommodation provider
2. Opening accounts with storage provider
3. Paying deposits
4. Paying upgrades or additional services
5. Arranging insurance for stored items
6. Paying any excess usage or additional requirements

11. Non Transferability

This offer:

1. Is non-transferable
2. Applies to one property only
3. Cannot be exchanged for cash
4. Cannot be combined with other offers unless approved
5. Applies only while project management remains active

12. No Rollover or Extension

Benefits:

1. Cannot roll over to subsequent months
2. Cannot be extended beyond 1 September 2026
3. Cannot be applied retrospectively
4. Cannot be transferred to another project

13. Third Party Services Disclaimer

Accommodation and storage services are provided by independent third parties.

Contractors Direct:

1. Does not operate hotels
2. Does not operate storage facilities
3. Does not control availability
4. Does not control service delivery

Clients contract directly with the service providers.

14. Limitation of Liability

Contractors Direct shall not be liable for:

1. Hotel availability
2. Hotel service standards
3. Storage availability
4. Damage to stored items
5. Loss of belongings
6. Insurance coverage
7. Project delays
8. Changes to partner availability
9. Client relocation inconvenience
10. Costs exceeding standard inclusions

All services are provided by third party partners.

15. Modification Rights

Contractors Direct reserves the right to:

1. Change participating partners
2. Modify room or storage inclusions
3. Substitute equivalent providers
4. Withdraw the offer for new clients

Confirmed qualifying clients will retain benefits.

16. Early Termination

Eligibility for this offer ceases if:

1. Project management is cancelled
2. Contractor not selected via Contractors Direct
3. Project value drops below qualifying threshold
4. Client cancels the renovation
5. Client breaches partner terms

17. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
