Creative Zone - Terms Of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the promotional offer ("Offer") made available by Creative Zone ("Company"), in partnership with Contractors Direct, for qualifying renovation and fit-out projects. By participating in this Offer, the customer ("Client") agrees to comply with the following Terms:

1. Eligibility

• Engage a fit-out or renovation project through the Creative Zone Fit Out Portal powered by Contractors Direct.
• Award their project to a contractor vetted and recommended via Contractors Direct.

• A contract is signed with the contractor; and
• The initial deposit payment has been received by the contractor.

2. Cashback and Credit Structure

2.1 Eligible Clients will receive Creative Zone credits equivalent to up to 1% of the awarded project value, capped at AED 10,000.

2.2 Cashback will be allocated in tiers, based on total project value as follows:

2.3 Cashback credits will be issued within 60 days of awarding the project (as defined in Clause 1.2).

3. Free Trade Licence Option

3.1 At the AED 10,000 tier, the Client may opt for a free trade licence or trade licence renewal in place of cashback credits.

3.2 At lower cashback tiers, credits may be used towards the cost of a trade licence, or any other Creative Zone service.

3.3 The free trade licence is subject to Creative Zone’s standard trade licence terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements, and is not guaranteed for every Client.

4. Use of Credits

4.1 Cashback credits may only be redeemed against Creative Zone services.

4.2 All issued credits must be utilized within twelve (12) months from the date of issuance. Credits must be redeemed in a single transaction, and partial or multiple redemptions shall not be permitted. Any unused credits after the validity period shall automatically expire without refund or extension.

4.3 Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or refunded.

4.4 In the event that Credits are issued to the Client in relation to a Project, and the Project is subsequently reduced in scope, amended in value, or cancelled for any reason, the Credits shall be automatically adjusted to reflect the revised contract value. Any amount that exceeds the recalculated entitlement shall be repayable and subject to reconciliation.

Where such credits have been redeemed or utilised by the Client, the value of the redeemed credits will be reconciled by the Contractor. The Client acknowledges and agrees that recovery of these amounts will be undertaken directly from the Contractor, and the Client may be liable to collection by that party.

This clause applies irrespective of whether the adjustment in scope originates from changes to design, budget availability, project phasing, or any other reason attributable to the Client.

5. General Conditions

5.1 This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless expressly approved in writing by Creative Zone.

• Verify project value and Client eligibility;
• Withhold or cancel credits if fraudulent, incomplete, or misrepresented project details are provided;
• Modify or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice.

• Contractor performance, delays, or project outcomes;
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Offer.

6. Governing Law

6.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

6.2 Any disputes arising in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

7. Acceptance

By engaging in this Offer, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms and acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them.
